SBPLGC Annual Member Awards:
All members (Board excluded) will be eligible for
these awards, which the Board will select at year end starting in 2011. To be
eligible for these awards, a member will have had to participate in at least 6
events over the course of the year. This shall include not only regular
tournaments but also any special events or playing for the club in team
competitions. Additionally, only members who have properly posted their scores
in all such events will be eligible for consideration. Each award will have at
least one winner, or possibly multiple winners if circumstances warrant. The
Board will look at objective performance in determining these awards, and will
also consider a subjective component relating to participation and demonstrated
helpfulness and support to the Club. The winner of each award will receive the
following:
1. Two free regular tournament entries the next year
2. A commemorative trophy, similar to the club
championship trophies
3. Recognition on a perpetual banner to go onto the
club's website
The two Special awards will be named as follows:

MOST IMPROVED MEMBER OF THE YEAR
